When can I expect my order?

Order processing will begin 24-48 hours after your order has been confirmed. Please allow up to 10 business days for fabrication and production time. We are not responsible for courier delivery schedules.  We've partnered with UPS to provide reasonable delivery options for your order. (During the holidays shipping times may be affected and could cause a delay in your items.)

How to care for your jewelry?

Your Collections by April® are personally sourced and handmade. We take pride in our designs and would ask that you preserve the integrity of your jewelry with our simple practice.

• Develop a regular cleaning regimen for your item(s).
• Store your Collections by April® in the velveteen pouch.
• To avoid unwanted abrasions while traveling, secure your items individually in the plastic bag.
• Gold filled jewelry will last you a lifetime as long as you limit exposure to prolonged chemicals and damp areas.

Returns/ Exchange?

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
